We provide Registered Social workers, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers and Personal Assistants who are carefully selected based on their knowledge, skills and previous experience. All of our staff must undertake enhanced skill training, certification and reference checks before being fully trained professionally as our second phase of practice at our base in Abuja.
We work together with our clients and their families to identify the right person for their needs, interests and circumstances. As well as the relevant clinical skills and experience, this may include somebody who lives locally, shares the same hobbies and has the right personality to allow those receiving care or support to make the most of it.
We are aware that introducing new faces into your family home can be challenging, so we arrange “meet & greet” visits to allow everybody to get know each other and ask any questions before we start working in your home.
